Wedding shuttle service is one of Bobby's Charters' largest service lines — we run shuttles for Napa, Sonoma, Healdsburg, and Bay Area weddings every weekend from April through November. Guest hotel pickups, ceremony transport, end-of-night safe returns, bridal-party logistics, and vendor coordination are all handled by a dedicated wedding specialist who attends your final venue walk-through.

Guest shuttle service
The standard wedding shuttle pattern is hotel-to-venue continuous-loop. Couples reserve a block of rooms at one or two hotels; we shuttle guests to the ceremony, hold during the cocktail hour, and provide end-of-night returns in waves. Continuous-loop service typically uses 27 or 37-passenger executive shuttles. For multi-hotel pickup patterns we run two or three vehicles in coordinated waves.
Bridal party and wedding-day logistics
Beyond guest shuttles, most weddings need additional vehicles: a Sprinter or Sprinter Limo for the bridal party, a Navigator L for parents or VIPs, and end-of-night exit vehicles for the couple. We coordinate the entire transportation footprint so the planner has one vendor to manage.
Napa & Sonoma venue access
Wine-country wedding venues come with specific transportation logistics: some properties accept 56-passenger coaches, others require 23 or 27-passenger shuttles due to driveway clearance. Our dispatchers know every major Napa, Sonoma, and Healdsburg venue and pre-scout new ones. We've run shuttles at Carneros Resort, Solage, Auberge du Soleil, Meadowood, Beaulieu Garden, Domaine Carneros, Cline Cellars, and most of the major and boutique estates.
Wedding specialist and walk-through
Every Bobby's Charters wedding is assigned a dedicated wedding specialist who reviews the timeline, coordinates with the planner, and attends the final venue walk-through. The wedding-day driver(s) receive a typed timeline and a vetted route — no improvisation. The specialist is reachable by phone and text on the wedding day itself.
End-of-night safe returns
End-of-night service is the most important — and most often-mishandled — part of wedding transportation. We build 60–90 minutes of buffer into the end-of-night schedule, run continuous returns rather than a single departure, and stay on-site until the last guest is on board. Sprinter and Sprinter Limo upgrades for the couple's getaway are available.
Welcome party and day-after brunch
Multi-day wedding weekends often include welcome-party (Friday night) and day-after-brunch (Sunday morning) transportation. We package the full weekend into a single contract with consistent vehicles and drivers across all events. Most multi-day wedding packages run 18–24 hours of total dispatched time.
ADA-equipped and accessible wedding service
Weddings with elderly grandparents, family members in wheelchairs, or any guest with mobility needs benefit from ADA-equipped shuttle service. Our ADA-equipped 27 and 37-passenger units carry hydraulic wheelchair lifts and tie-down stations alongside standard passenger seating, so the entire wedding party rides together.

Wedding shuttle service is typically quoted as a flat-day package. Napa/Sonoma weddings range $1,800–$4,800 per vehicle for a full wedding day depending on hours and vehicle size.

How early should I book a wedding shuttle?+
For Napa/Sonoma weddings April–November, book 6–9 months ahead. Bay Area weddings 3–6 months. Last-minute (under 30 days) is sometimes possible but availability is limited on Saturdays.
Do you provide a shuttle attendant or is it just the driver?+
On standard guest shuttles, the CDL driver handles the route. For larger weddings, we can dispatch an on-site shuttle manager (additional fee) to coordinate guest waves with the planner.
What happens if the ceremony runs late?+
Drivers hold; we don't depart on a clock if the ceremony hasn't released. Overtime is billed in 15-minute increments. We plan a 90-minute end-of-night buffer into every wedding package.
Do you carry insurance the venue requires?+
Yes — $5M auto liability standard. Venue-specific COIs are issued same-day. We hold active certificates at every major Napa and Sonoma estate.
Can you accommodate elderly guests and guests in wheelchairs?+
Yes — ADA-equipped 27 and 37-passenger units with hydraulic wheelchair lifts and tie-down stations are available. We recommend at least one ADA unit in the rotation for any wedding with mobility-needs guests.
What's the best vehicle for a 100-guest Napa wedding?+
Two 27-passenger shuttles in continuous loop, or one 56-passenger motorcoach plus a Sprinter for VIPs. The right answer depends on hotel-to-venue distance and venue access. We'll recommend after a quick conversation about your specific venue.
Can you transport the bride and groom separately from guests?+
Yes — Sprinters, Sprinter Limos, and Navigator L vehicles are commonly booked alongside the guest shuttle for the bridal party and couple. We coordinate the timing so the couple arrives separately from the guest waves.
