Bobby's Charters, operated under True Elegance Transportation, has been moving Northern California groups since 2008. From our Pleasanton headquarters and Napa Valley yard, we run a 24-vehicle fleet ranging from 2023 Lincoln Navigators to 56-passenger motorcoaches.
Our Story
We started in 2008 with a single sprinter running Napa wine tours. Today we operate 24 vehicles — executive Sprinters, 23-37 passenger executive shuttles, 56-passenger motorcoaches, an ADA-accessible fleet, and SPAB-certified school buses — out of two yards in Pleasanton and Napa Valley. Our team includes active leadership in the Greater California Livery Association (GCLA), and we serve Fortune 500 employers, premier wedding venues, California school districts, and traveling sports teams across more than 30 cities.
Our Standards
Every vehicle is inspected before dispatch. Every driver is CDL-certified, background-checked, drug-tested, and continuously trained — our SPAB drivers carry current California Special Driver Certificates. We carry $5M in commercial liability, operate under CPUC TCP 30133A and USDOT 2717832, and staff 24/7 live dispatch — because in charter transportation, "almost on time" doesn't count.
