Moscone, McEnery, Santa Clara Convention Center, and Oakland Marriott City Center are all weekly runs for our team. We provide hotel-cluster shuttles, exhibitor-load support, attendee airport transfers, and after-hours event transportation. Multi-day, multi-bus operations are coordinated by a dedicated event manager who is on-site for the duration of the event.

Executive offsites and team retreats

Whether the destination is a Napa winery, a Half Moon Bay coastal property, or a Tahoe lodge, we plan the transportation around the agenda — not the other way around. Quiet 37 and 56-passenger coaches with Wi-Fi let teams work or socialize between locations. Multi-day retreats include driver lodging, hours-of-service compliance, and second-driver dispatch when required.

All-hands and town-hall events

Moving 200, 500, or 1,000 employees to a single venue is a logistics problem. We solve it: parking-lot staging, continuous-loop shuttles, dedicated VIP vehicles for executives, and post-event return waves. Most all-hands clients book us 60+ days in advance. We provide on-site dispatchers for operations of 5+ vehicles.

Holiday parties and team celebrations

December is our busiest month for corporate holiday-party shuttles. Hotel-to-venue continuous loops, end-of-night safe rides home, and party-style Sprinter Limo options for executive after-parties. Book by October for prime December dates — the first two weekends of December book out 4–6 weeks in advance.

Sales kickoffs and partner summits

Annual sales kickoffs and partner summits typically need a mix of vehicles: motorcoaches for the main attendee body, Sprinters and SUVs for executive VIPs, and ADA-equipped units in the shuttle pool. We coordinate all of it under one contract, one invoice, one point of contact.

Inbound client visit programs

Companies hosting recurring inbound client and partner visits often establish a master agreement with Bobby's Charters for ad-hoc bookings. Pre-negotiated rates, standing payment terms, and pre-approved driver/vehicle profiles mean a booking team can dispatch a meet-and-greet within hours of a client confirming their flight.

Branded vehicles and on-site coordination

Full vinyl wraps (7–10 day lead time), magnetic side signage (same-day turnaround), branded window placards, and uniformed on-site greeters are all standard add-ons. For high-stakes events we provide a dedicated on-site coordinator separate from the drivers, so the client point of contact has one person to talk to and the drivers can focus on the route.
