Continuous-loop shuttle operations

The most common event-shuttle pattern is continuous loop: vehicles run a fixed route between offsite parking (or hotel clusters) and the event venue at a defined frequency. We deploy enough vehicles to keep wait times under 10 minutes at peak, then scale down between waves. Pre-event and post-event surge planning is included.

Stadium and arena event nights

Levi's Stadium, SAP Center, Chase Center, Oakland Arena, Oracle Park, and Shoreline Amphitheatre are recurring event-night dispatches for our team. We hold current motorcoach parking permits where required, know the lot-routing and post-show pickup windows, and pre-stage vehicles for fast exits. BottleRock, Outside Lands, Mountain Winery shows, and Wine Country festivals all require ADA-equipped, weather-resilient shuttle service. We provide ADA-equipped 37-passenger units, pre-permit parking-area access, and on-site managers when the operation warrants. Multi-day festival operations include 24-hour driver rotation and on-site dispatch.

Private event shuttle service

Corporate events, large weddings, fundraisers, and private parties of 200+ guests typically need shuttle service to manage parking and guest flow. We plan and execute the entire transportation footprint — from hotel pickups to end-of-night safe rides home. Custom signage, branded wraps, and uniformed greeters available.

ADA-equipped event shuttles

Every event-shuttle operation should include ADA-equipped vehicles. We typically dispatch ADA units at 5–10% of total vehicle count, scaled to the event's expected accessibility request volume. Our ADA units include hydraulic wheelchair lifts, multiple tie-down stations, and drivers trained in transfer assistance.

Multi-day and surge operations

Multi-day events (festivals, multi-day conferences, tournament weekends) need a different dispatch model than single-night events. We pre-position vehicles for early arrivals, rotate drivers to maintain hours-of-service compliance, and scale fleet up and down based on the event's per-day schedule. On-site dispatch is mandatory for operations of 8+ vehicles.

Permits, COIs, and venue coordination

Most large venues require carrier insurance certificates on file before parking lot access is granted. We hold active COIs at every major Bay Area venue and issue venue-specific certificates within 24 hours of a new booking. Permits, parking-lot reservations, and venue staff coordination are included in the event-shuttle package.
